Can I use the app for free?
Yes—you can start for free, and core features stay free. Some limits apply (such as the number of pets). Subscribe to unlock everything.
Is there a smartphone app?
We offer an official iPhone app on the App Store. An Android version is planned for release soon.
You can also use the web version in your browser. In the web version, adding Limory to your smartphone's home screen as a shortcut lets you open it from the home screen like a mobile app—please give it a try.
How to add to your home screen
On the web version, you can't sign in with Google from social apps
In LINE, Instagram, and Facebook in-app browsers, Google sign-in isn’t available by policy. Open the site directly in Chrome or Safari.
You can sign in from X (formerly Twitter).
This doesn’t happen in the iPhone app—download it from the App Store.Can I export my records?
Yes. You can export your records as CSV. Use it to keep backups locally or share with your veterinarian during visits.
